Beyond creating, translating and publishing instructions online, you can now also produce print-ready in-box documentation directly from StepAlong.
From Digital-First to Every Format, All at Once
StepAlong began as a digital-first platform to help brands improve instructions and customer experience. Clients already use it to create instructions, translate them into 30+ languages, publish on their branded Instruction Centre, generate smart QR codes and offer downloadable PDFs.
But even when a product can legally rely on a QR code, there’s still a need to include something in the box — a QR insert, safety notice or quick-start guide — often in multiple languages. Until now, that meant copying content out of StepAlong into separate design tools, increasing errors, costs and delays.
With StepAlong Box Ready Instructions, you create instructions once and instantly output them to all required digital and paper formats. Updates appear online immediately and are ready for the next print run, so you never reprint outdated instructions again.

Rollout & Early-Bird Offer
We’re working closely with clients to rollout StepAlong Box Ready Instructions in the coming months when it will be a new product to use alongside StepAlong Digital Instructions. Current clients and new clients who sign up for StepAlong Digital Instructions before 30 October 2025, will get StepAlong Box Ready Instructions free for the duration of their contract.
